I’ve used an Everlast leather jump rope for over
30 years as part of a conditioning program that
includes running, cycling and swimming. I never
imagined my conditioning would improve to the extent
it has thanks to switching to the Speed Rope. It
is indeed the smoothest turning and quickest rope
I’ve ever used. My speed, agility, endurance and
explosive strength have shown a marked improvement.
I typically train
with the Speed Rope after a run of 4 – 6 miles.
As a former boxer and wrestler I follow the routine
of jumping for 3 minutes, stop for a minute during
which I’ll do 40 crunches, then commence jumping
again for 3 minutes. I’ll do 5 – 6 “rounds” and
then cool down with light lifting and stretching.
What a great workout!
Thanks again for
the instructional video. I’ve always wanted to know
how to do the advanced jumps. Now, I’ve even got
my wife interested thanks to the two women performing
in the video. You’re a true inspiration thanks to
