How are products delivered to me?
We ship UPS Ground (USA and Canada), USPS Priority Mail (USA and International) and USPS First Class Mail (International).
Priority Mail Intl
Delivery normally take 6-10 business days, but can sometimes take longer. We allow for up to 30 days from the date of mailing, before we take action on a shipment that has not been received.
You can track it on www.usps.com. Please keep in mind that tracking information is not always available as it depends on the ability of the authorities in the countries outside the USA to report back to the US Postal Service.
First Class Mail Intl
There is no time frame provided as far as time in transit for First Class Mail. We allow for up to 30 days from the date of mailing, before we take action on a shipment that has not been received.

Our Guarantee Policy is 30 days!
We stand behind our products and all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Within the 30-day warranty, we will repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship. You must present proof of purchase. After the expiration of the 30-day warranty Jump Rope Technology reserves the right to use discretion in repairing and/or replacing parts or products that are defective from normal wear and tear and/or abuse of the product.
PLEASE LUBRICATE SWIVEL BEARINGS WITH OIL SUCH AS WD-40, TEFLON OIL OR OTHER FOR DURABILITY AND A SMOOTH TURNING MOTION!
PLEASE NOTE: All Hyperformance external swivel ball bearings and rope cords are replaceable in order to help maintain years of High performance. The swivel bearings are designed primarily for Hyperformance, speed and control with no rope tangle and will wear out quicker than conventional jump ropes. Please refer to our ONLINE STORE to order our replaceable swivel bearings and rope cords.
