Jump Rope Clinic:
Buddy teaches rope jumping's application to all
sports and fitness. You will learn 15 sports training
jumps and Buddy's 10 min. Jump Rope Program, designed
to improve balance, coordination, speed, quickness,
power and over all conditioning.
